*Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing the execution of a broad array of complex commercial, procurement, and other contracts, including agreements with suppliers and other vendors (including MSAs, SOWs and other agreements), services agreements, confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, clinical and other study agreements, SAAS agreements and other contracts. *Advising management on the company’s rights and obligations under existing contracts, including agreements with existing strategic partners. *Supporting other members of the Legal Department on (i) business development and other strategic transactions, including performing and facilitating transaction due diligence, and (ii) corporate governance and subsidiary management.
