*Provide legal advice and guidance on transactional activities related to proposed investment management vehicle formations, including open and closed-end commingled investment funds, club deals and joint venture transactions. *Prepare, review and/or negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documentation required for investment and operations activities of company’s vertically integrated investment management business, including term sheets, offering documents, limited partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, subscription agreements, side letters, investment management agreements, financing agreements and property-level service agreements. *Advise on related transactional work, including document interpretation and best practices, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, financings, debt investments, development transactions and property-level operational matters.
