*Reporting to the General Counsel, you will provide legal guidance on different issues affecting the Association’s strategic goals.  *play a trusted advisor role with several teams across the organization and will work on, among other things, membership, corporate governance, contracts and commercial activities, copyright and trademark issues, HR and employment matters, and supporting US and international operations through the growing use of technology-based solutions.  *work with departments to develop and address organizational needs and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
