*Advise company officials and employees on contractual matters (as prime contractor or subcontractor) related to research and development, engineering design and manufacturing projects on both commercial and U.S. Government contracts (including Other Transaction Agreements (OTA) and Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA)). Review, concur and negotiate all major contract actions. *Maintain current knowledge on the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Agency supplements to the FAR. Review contract documents and company purchasing procedures for compliance with pertinent regulations. *Assist with preparation and review of proposals including organizational conflict of interest (OCI) review and contract risk register preparation.
