*primarily responsible for representing the US Personal Banking & Wealth Management, Operations and Technology, Institutional Clients Group and Global Functions businesses in all phases of the EEO Charge process, including investigation of claims, drafting position statements and other submissions to a variety of EEO state and federal agencies and the DOL, participating in fact-finding procedures, and where appropriate negotiating resolutions either before or during any conciliation efforts, and developing good working relationships with agency investigators and other personnel. *work closely with the lawyers on the team and report to a Director, Associate General Counsel in the Global Employment Law Center of Excellence. $135,970.00 – $203,960.00
