* responsible for the closing of transactions including negotiation, review and execution of files, and other syndication related issues, in addition to reviewing and correcting Syndication Administration drafts. *negotiate and have direct contact with investor counsel, trustee counsel, and outside counsel on sale and related trust document changes.  *advise and assist with investor lease issues and questions, closing documentation request, and post-sale document needs, such as obtaining fully executed originals, amendments, and managing Lessee request requiring investor approvals.
