*Communicate and coordinate with Federal, state, and local law enforcement; regulatory authorities; and outside counsel regarding criminal and civil investigations and enforcement actions. *Work cooperatively with the Bank’s outside counsel and employees of various Bank business lines to gather information and data to use to respond to Government investigations. *Analyze subpoenas and other legal process; identify potential legal risks to the Company; and investigate, evaluate, and direct responses to the same, including advising Government investigations specialists (paralegals) on procedural and substantive legal issues and preparing objection letters.
