The Counsel will perform a critical role in supporting the Company’s operations and rapid growth. This newly created role will negotiate the Company’s contracts (including customer, IT, and vendor contracts, among others), utilizing outside counsel as needed. The role will also have responsibility for improving and implementing a contracting process (including the launch of contracting lifecycle management software). This position will be remote and will report to the Company’s Associate General Counsel.
