*You will be a key member of the legal team of investment management attorneys, working closely with other members of company’s Asset Management Legal group. *review, negotiate and interpret contracts with unaffiliated fund service providers, including administrators, transfer agents, fund accounting agents, banks and fund custodians, and advise on issues concerning service provider performance. /provide legal support on strategic business initiatives involving company Fund and Investment Operations, such as new operational processes, the launching of new products, adopting new technology platforms, etc.
