*Advising on M&A, projects, investments and joint ventures including conducting due diligence investigations, negotiations, drafting transaction documentation, assisting with regulatory reviews, complete transactions and handle post-completion matters. *Advising on and preparing various commercial contracts including confidentiality, agency, and consultancy agreements as well as offtake agreements and sale and purchase contracts for various soft commodities; *Provide legal and risk management advice to company’s platforms on a broad range of legal commercial matters including commercial, trade and charterparty issues across company’s platforms, and in connection with various contracts including FOSFA, GAFTA and contracts of carriage.
