*Provides legal counsel on various substantive topics, including but not limited to, corporate law, contract law, food, beverage and labeling law, employment law, land use, and other areas pertinent to a major, vertically integrated, agricultural, manufacturing, commercial retail and e-commerce organization. *Recommends and provides legal advice and support to the company’s various business functions and will support developing routine policy and procedural improvements and providing practical advice in response to rapidly changing conditions. *Monitors developments, including proposed legislation and court decisions related to food, beverage and labeling law and rules and regulations related to e-commerce, and evaluates their impact on operations.
