*Cost-effectively and efficiently manage day-to-day litigation portfolio (up to 100+ matters) consisting of consumer, commercial, class action, and real estate-related lawsuits, regulatory investigations, and complaints from inception through trial and appeal. *Develop successful litigation strategies and supervise and direct outside counsel and internal team in implementing and managing them. *Apply creative thinking to develop and manage innovative processes (including automated processes) aimed at improving operational effectiveness and productivity, including the development of metrics, dashboards, and standard reporting to measure the impact of litigation team effectiveness and the impact of litigation and regulatory scrutiny on business, including playbooks, workflows, policies, and standard operating procedures.
