*Provide proactive, timely and business-focused legal advice on the application of financial services regulations to a range of company branded consumer financial services products including, among others, Debit Card, Direct Deposit, Savings products and related digital wallet features. *Advise on the design and modification of new and existing products and features throughout the entire product lifecycle, proactively identify associated risks and recommend mitigation strategies, and review product user experiences to ensure legal compliance with applicable laws. *Develop trusted relationships with business partners and work closely with cross-functional teams (compliance, project management, marketing) to drive stakeholder alignment.
