Organization seeks General Counsel. **Knowledge of provider agreements is highly preferred.** As the company’s first General Counsel, the candidate will provide strategic legal counsel and guidance to the President and CEO and Board of Directors on all legal matters relevant to company, including but not limited to: health care law; labor and employment law; worker’s compensation; policies, procedures, rules and regulations, and laws pertaining to provider issues; testing; ADA issues; intellectual property; contracts and agreements; corporate documents; Board governance; liability and insurance matters; and other pertinent laws and regulations.
