As a member of the Senior Executive Team, the SVP & General Counsel will be responsible for all of the Company’s legal work as well as oversight of the company’s risk management, compliance, corporate/board governance, public reporting, contracts and licensing. You will provide guidance and counsel to leaders of all levels on business transactions and initiatives while keeping our family-oriented company culture in mind. The SVP & General Counsel will report to the CEO and will have 3 direct reports (2 lawyers and a Sr. Manager, Risk Management and 401(K)).
