Oversee legal compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations with respect to finance products offered by company to commercial and retail customers. Play an integral role in and manage inspections/audits by state regulators. Prepare and/or manage contracts with outside vendors, service providers, IT providers and licensed products. Prepare and/ or manage outside counsel in the preparation of accurate and timely state annual report filings, business license renewals, direct lenders’ licenses, licenses to do business, general corporate filings in connection with the finance business in all jurisdictions.
