*Reporting to the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, the Senior Director, Intellectual Property (Head of IP) manages a global patent and trademark portfolio. *responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of the global patent and trademark portfolio, management of the Intellectual Property (IP) team within the Legal department, and provision of services that align with Company strategy, growth, and stage of development. *ideal candidate will have substantial experience with late-stage clinical and commercial-stage biotechnology companies that have a mature patent portfolio, with a focus on post-commercial IP exclusivity, defense and strategy. $275,000 to $310,000
