*Working under the supervision of the managing attorney and handling complex medical malpractice claims from inception through final resolution, including trials. *Handling a case load, developing defense strategies, recommending and working with medical experts, assessing potential exposure of claims, preparing treating physicians and other medical care providers for depositions and/or trial, and drafting substantive motions. *Additional responsibilities of this position may include presenting cases to facilities and senior executives of the Hospital System and working with Risk Management on issues that have the potential for litigation. $125,000.00 – $134,000.00
