*provide legal support at all stages of a construction project, from the initial feasibility stage through to construction and commissioning. *draft and negotiate pre-FEED and FEED agreements and the construction contracts for delivery of the project, either alongside external legal advisers or independently, and support claims and other legal issues that may arise during project delivery. *may also be required to support permitting and the acquisition of land rights for projects together with other legal elements of project delivery.
