*Oversee all legal aspects of the development of new consumer products. *Work with internal stakeholders across consumer products, finance, marketing, business development and operations teams to support the development and implementation of new consumer products. *Responsible for ensuring products and marketing materials are in compliance with relevant programmatic rules as well as applicable state and federal consumer protection law (including unfair or deceptive practices, the FTC “Green Guides”, privacy and identity protection rules, various telemarketing and other electronic communication rules).
