*Provide subject matter expertise in all areas of employment law with particular emphasis on Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA and FLSA and state law equivalencies. *Provide advice and counseling to management and human resources business partners on a broad range of employment issues including: recruiting, hiring, employee relations, discipline, terminations, reductions-in-force, leaves of absence, accommodations, wage and hour compliance, contingent worker issues, organized labor matters, health/safety (OSHA), mergers & acquisitions and government contractor issues. *Assist in the management of employment litigation and respond to pre-litigation demands and federal and state agency charges.
