*Provide day-to-day advice and counseling to the business on a range of employment-law related issues such as performance management and terminations, leaves of absence / accommodations, and investigating claims, among other areas, focused on the US but also including Canada and potentially LATAM jurisdictions. *Provide support, in consultation with the Litigation Team, on employment-law related claims and litigation. *Help with OFCCP and pay data reporting obligations in the US, in collaboration with the Compliance, Finance and People Teams. $135,000 – $200,000
