*provide day-to-day legal support to assigned facilities, and will coordinate with other corporate departments that require input from, and integration with, the operations section of the legal department. *Initial assignment will be to a hospital Division, working closely with Division leadership and providing legal representation to Division hospitals and related business lines. *Responsibilities include contract review, guidance on physician and referral source relationships and related legal requirements including but not limited to Stark and the Antikickback Statute, and legal assistance with other hospital operations. *report to the Managing Counsel Hospital Operations and will assist Legal Operations VP on projects as assigned.
