*assist the Managing Labor Counsel and the VP and Chief Labor and Employment Counsel with day-to-day legal activities related to existing and potential traditional labor law related claims and issues in the corporate office and the various facilities and affiliates. *assistance in responding to questions from operators and claims raised before state and federal agencies (including and specifically the National Labor Relations Board), arbitrators and courts. *direct responsibility for labor arbitrations, collective bargaining and associated legal issues and strategic coordination with other corporate departments in helping to implement overall objectives.
