*Lead the negotiation and execution of complex, small and large-scale contracts through review, analysis and interpretation of terms and conditions identifying all legal risks in close partnership with our internal clients.  *Ensures all terms are brought to the attention of and addressed by appropriate functions (credit, engineering, finance, operations, product management, risk management, supply chain, etc.) and approved in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. *Collaborates with other functions such as Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Credit, Sales, Trade Compliance and other Specialty Practice Groups (SPGs) within the Law Team.
