*Review, draft, and negotiate contracts including; agreements with customers for the lease of space in company’s infrastructures, vendor contracts; contracts related to the lease of land and space in telecommunications infrastructure, as well as regarding construction, sale, and usufruct projects of properties and wireless infrastructure including master lease agreements, site lease agreements, ground lease agreements; built-to-suit agreements, new tower development agreements, among others. *Review and analyze ground leases, easements, tenant leases, surveys, title reports, and other property-related contracts. *Assist in the preparation of and revisions to standard forms and company template agreements.
