*Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to conduct legal due diligence on target companies and their products and services, from a data, privacy and cybersecurity perspective. *Among other things this involves reviewing the target companies’ customer agreements (including data processing agreements), privacy policies and documentation practices, and overall data practices—among others relating to personal data, data transfers, cookie usage, profiling, usage rights, anonymization, retention, and employees. *Develop a deep understanding of target companies’ data processing activities and privacy & cybersecurity compliance postures.
