*Assist with company’s legal response to product vulnerability, information security and cyber events including advising on international/federal/state government and regulatory notifications. *Providing counsel concerning prevention, response, mitigation, product security and cybersecurity breach notification, customer notifications and other risks and obligations that can flow from product vulnerability and network intrusions. *Counsel IT operations, information security team and business lines regarding the development and implementation of cybersecurity and network incident response plans, penetration testing, and compliance with local regulations and industry standards regarding network security and investigative strategies.
