*In tandem with the Company’s dedicated internal intellectual property counsel, manage and oversee the Company’s proactive intellectual property strategies and initiatives, including patent and freedom-to-operate matters, company’s robust global trademark portfolio, copyright, and domain portfolios, and enforcement initiatives related to the Company’s IP portfolio. *Active participation as a key member of the senior leadership team in the resolution of a broad range of business and general management issues, which will include policy formulation, allocation of resources, and achievement of the Company’s overarching strategies. *Counseling on both the business and legal ramifications of significant Company strategic initiatives, including possible mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and transactions.
