*Primary responsibility for managing claims and litigation for company, including supervision of investigation claim reporting, evaluation and development of resolution strategies. *Provides advice and counsel to all affiliates, including hospital operations and employed physician practices regarding litigation and mitigation strategies to avoid liability and litigation. *Reviews and advises on the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures. *Responsible for advising all levels of management on system-wide litigation-related issues, including policies and initiatives. Assigns cases and coordinates with outside counsel on litigated matters. $122K – $155K
