*provides legal advice and counsel on complex legal issues including contract negotiations, commercial transactions and disputes, business ventures and engagements, privacy and security matters, intellectual property, and general civil law for an in-house legal department in a healthcare focused setting. *Responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing commercial and civil litigation, regulatory disputes, contract review, and general healthcare-related legal issues and the supervision of outside counsel. *The Associate General Counsel also drafts and structures commercial transactions and agreements including purchase agreements, performance contracts, and leases. Consultation in connection with policy drafting is also required in this role. *The Associate General Counsel must also maintain familiarity, and ensure compliance with, all relevant local, state, and federal statutes and regulations. $26,899.00 – $113,691.00 – $227,380
