*Participates in the development and direction of the overall Compliance and Lending Quality Control Program for all banking and credit products, appropriate regulations, rules and regulatory guidance. *Oversees and develops initiatives of the Compliance Management System Program to include compliance reviews, loan level documentation, transactional testing on lending and deposit products, risk assessments, issue management, complaint management, data driven compliance & third party service provider monitoring, regulatory change management, and data driven compliance. *Responsibilities also include oversight of the HMDA, CRA, Fair Lending, Complaint, Policy Administration and Compliance Training Programs
