*Performs as a specialist providing expert contractual and commercial legal counsel to company – including all levels of management – in connection with technology and intellectual property transactions. *Under little or no supervision: (i) plans, conducts and supervises large and highly complex commercial technology & intellectual property transactions; (ii) evaluates legal and business risks and advises clients accordingly; and (iii) represents company in other transactions, contracting and other relevant matters. *Prepares, and revises as necessary, budgets and early matter assessments for all matters involving outside counsel.
