*Establish a strong business partnership with the Supply Chain and Manufacturing commercial organizations, respectively, providing sound, balanced legal advice in a matter that facilitates delivery of business and operational results. *Together with business leaders and procurement professionals, lead the review, structuring, drafting, negotiation and execution of a wide variety of commercial agreements related to the business and operations of company’s Supply Chain and Distribution businesses including compounding and toll compounding agreements, agreements with external manufacturers and other outsourced providers, supply and purchase agreements related to direct procurement of raw and packaging materials and other components, and company owned and 3PL warehousing agreements.
