The Vice President, Head of Legal will serve as the principal internal legal advisor. This individual will participate in defining and developing corporate policies, procedures, and programs, and be responsible for providing continuing counsel and guidance on legal matters and on legal implications of all matters.  The Head of Legal will advise on legal aspects of the company’s financing plans and arrangements, including assessing and advising on current and future business structures and legal entities.
