*Serve as legal advisor in providing a balance of counsel – business, legal, and strategic to various departments seeking procurement assistance and managing all aspects of procurement contracting, vendor risk and privacy review. *Manage the general administration of procurement contracts (starting from the request for proposal to termination of the contract and/or advising business on ensuring post-contractual terms are adhered to). *Structure, draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, and develop practical contract templates (e.g., data processing addendum and security guides, master purchase agreements, master service agreements, etc.), and policies and procedures.
