*Reporting directly to the Chief Compliance & Litigation Officer, the Associate Counsel, Litigation will be responsible for assisting the Chief Compliance & Litigation Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Litigation with the handling, management, and resolution of litigation and pre-litigation disputes for all business units within the Americas. *Work closely with the Business, Risk and Executive Management to resolve claims in an effort to avoid litigation. *Work closely with the Business to help manage issues to position the Company should litigation ensue.
