*Reporting to the VP of Law & General Counsel, the Senior Counsel is an integral part of the company Legal team and will be engaged in a wide range of legal matters including: corporate transactions, joint ventures, real estate matters, litigation management, employment matters, licensing and intellectual property, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. *will be part of a small in-house legal team that is directly involved in the company’s strategic decisions and operations, and will have the opportunity to interface with senior leaders and business teams to manage and execute the organization’s operational needs and strategic priorities.
