The Head of Legal will report directly to the CEO to handle all legal matters which includes contract negotiation, drafting, and review, USMCA compliance and analysis for all imports/exports, and guidance on all employment law globally to support our rapidly scaling business. As a newly created executive team position, the Head of Legal will define our legal framework as we enter an exciting new phase of growth. You will empower Focal Systems to continue doubling in size every year by building and implementing robust, innovative legal processes, solutions and development programs aligned with our business objectives.
