Will be a member of the global Law and Compliance senior leadership team and will lead a team of 14 professionals globally reporting to the General Counsel. This role is responsible for Corporate Finance and Governance functions including SEC and regulatory compliance and reporting, M&A, and legal support for Corporate Finance functions including treasury and tax. This role also works with the General Counsel to manage Board and Shareholder matters.
