*Manage all aspects of employment litigation and related administrative proceedings filed in New York and other States. *Manage all aspects of annual structure and day-to-day implementation of public-company long-term incentive equity plan (U.S. and foreign) and provide legal advice on related SEC disclosure (proxy statement, section 16 filings, etc.) *Periodically present seminars to company’s employees on various topics (e.g., harassment, discrimination, and retaliation; etc.) and prepare materials as needed for those presentations $290,000.00-320,000.00
