*Draft, negotiate, advise, and review a broad range of commercial agreements including: services, SOWs, marketing, publishing, development, licensing, merchandising, technology, software licenses, employment, and data privacy-related agreements, etc. *Build and maintain contract templates and playbooks. *Build strong relationships and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders globally. *Collaborate with other members of the IP team to identify, register, protect, and enforce the Company’s IP, including copyrights, trademarks and domain names. $150K-$220K
