*Developing strategy for managing risks or disputes in concert with other members of the Legal Department and appropriate business channels; identifying, assessing, and developing mitigation or contract dispute resolution strategy. *Specifically, identifying areas of risk and working with internal business stakeholders to address risks either through contractual changes or discipline, or systemic changes to reduce risk profile. *Providing guidance and counsel regarding business-related litigation matters and disputes. *Providing guidance and support to other members of the Legal Department where and when litigation may be managed by such members pursuant to their job functions or as coordinated between practice groups.
