*Provide expert legal and regulatory advice in connection with the collective investment fund (CIF) platform, consisting of more than 100 unregistered 3(c)(11) funds. *Work closely with Product Development, Sales and Portfolio Managers on the launch of new CIFs and on-going support for the existing CIF platform  *Support the Solutions global business, with investment professionals in US, Europe, and Asia, in connection with its management of multi-asset strategies offered on the CIF platform and in separate accounts for institutional clients
