*Independently advise various company departments regarding complex and day-to-day issues and strategy related to commercial property development, leasing, financing, operations, acquisitions and dispositions. *Draft, review, and participate in the negotiation of a variety of real estate transactional documents including: land sale contracts, horizontal construction contracts, marketing agreements, office, retail and ground leases, vendor/servicing agreements for operational properties, contracts related to land use planning and design, land development contracts, closing documents, access agreements, easements, land use covenants, easements, confidentiality agreements, and other real estate documents.
