*Provide legal research, advice, and counsel to all areas of the Company on compliance issues (i.e. policy language, privacy and records management, policyholder notifications, model audit rule, anti-money laundering, OFAC) *Serve as a resource to business areas in interactions and negotiations with state insurance regulatory contacts on compliance matters. *Provide counsel on technical handling of litigation related to health, life, or disability income coverage. Includes coordinating discovery and testimony, providing direction to outside counsel, evaluating and settling the Company’s exposure, and directing litigation.
