*Demonstrate a thorough understanding of antitrust/competition law and principles, and review, interpret, and analyze legal information in the subject matter area, reporting into company’s Global Head of Antitrust in New York. *Track and synthesize antitrust developments and trends in the US and worldwide. *Manage governmental antitrust/competition-related inquiries through direct communications with antitrust authorities and supervision of outside counsel. Should have direct experience with regulators at US DOJ, FTC, and state AGs.
