*Provide legal support to group through project development, procurement, construction, financing and transition to operations, including by drafting, negotiating and administering all applicable major contracts, including Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) / Balance of Plant (BOP) contracts, and Equipment (wind, solar, transformer etc) supply agreements and related Service Agreements. *interface with finance team to assure financeability of document terms and coordinate with Operations, Insurance and Transaction Support teams to assure inclusion of their considerations. *Monitor force majeuere, default and insurance notice communication and coordinate and manage legal issues that arise during and after construction in respect of all EPC related agreements. $160,000 – $217,000
