*Provide legal support in connection with company’s crude oil, NGL and natural gas marketing business, including support related to (a) contract negotiation and interpretation of physical purchase and sale and exchange transactions (lease level, market hub and maritime); and (b) the transportation/storage of product via pipeline, truck, rail and vessel charters. *Provide legal support in connection with company’s midstream business, including support related to (a) crude oil and natural gas gathering agreements, (b) gas processing agreements, (c) the development of midstream infrastructure, and (d) other operational issues. *Provide midstream and marketing transactional support in connection with the acquisition, divestiture and restructuring of domestic oil and gas assets.
