*Draft, review and negotiate vendor contracts for the procurement of goods and services, including master services agreements and statements of work, vendor agreements, professional services agreements, IT agreements (i.e., SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), influencer agreements, marketing agreements, contractor agreements, facilities agreements, and licensing agreements. *Serve as primary legal contact and trusted business partner and provide timely and helpful resources in response to legal requests from internal clients. *Collaborate with purchasing, compliance, IT, finance, marketing, supply management, HR, and other business units at all levels throughout the organization to ensure that agreements comply with company’s policies and reflect company’s risk tolerance level. $129,412 – $165,000
